Yes, watching The D'Amelio Show is a productive use of my time right now...

Hey y’all, how’s it going?
Yikes, you too?
The past week has been a doozy, to say the least, both globally and in my personal life. In between crying, anxiety spells, and begging my napping cat to emotionally support me, I’ve been watching The D’Amelio Show on Hulu. 10/10 recommend (The D’Amelio Show, not having an emotional breakdown).
While I’m still technically in my 20s for the next 30 days, my pop culture knowledge typically stops before it gets to TikTok influencers. While I knew the name Charli D’Amelio before two days ago, I knew next to nothing about her (besides the fact that she’s a teenager who makes significantly more money than I ever will in my adult life).
A friend recommended I check out Charli’s family’s reality show on Hulu and I was in a dark enough place to say, don’t mind if I do.
And I have to be quite honest with you, I think Charli and her older sister Dixie are two incredible young ladies! Catapulting into TikTok stardom doesn’t seem all that fun, aside from the large amounts of money and career opportunities that come along with it.
In times of chaos and uncertainty, I’m grateful to have developed a more holistic definition of productivity. Sometimes you just have to take a break, prop your feet up, and pray to whatever God you serve that Dixie and Noah Beck find their way back to each other one day.
Simple systems for a better life

I’ve been following fellow systems gal Dani Bruflodt for a while now. She’s all about simple systems that improve life and work (and reminding me to stay hydrated).
I’m honored to be one of nine guest speakers for her upcoming program, The Daily Method, an online group for forming better habits around work and wellness.
Enrollment closes October 26th and the program begins Sunday, October 29th. It’s $250 (or three payments of $83) for over a year of accountability and learning. Scholarships are also available.
I don’t get compensated any extra for promoting the program, I just think it’s a valuable resource for folks who need some support in building more sustainable habits. I trust Dani’s approach and think Rebellious Systems subscribers will too.
Peace, love and workflows,
Andrea
