What does productivity look like for you?
Happy new year!
All of my blog posts, newsletters, and 1-1 emails are written by me — em dashes and all! If you wanna know how I use AI in my business, click here.
You'll probably get a lot of emails this week asking you what you want to do in 2023. Instead, I'd like to ask, how do you want to feel in 2023?
My goal is always to help people work more compassionately without compromising efficiency — because shit does needs to get done, but that doesn't mean we have to suffer through it.
I have four slots available in Q1 for Intuitive Productivity consulting — two in February, two in March.
Our work together will help you create intuitive systems and organizational methods that maximize your time at work and prioritize the most important aspect of your business.
Because, now more than ever, work and life are neither separate or balanced, we'll explore ways of managing both types of tasks in a way that feels good to you and aligns with your values.
If you want to feel more at ease this year, let's talk.
I am sharing this letter with my weekly Mindful Little Email subscribers (spoiler alert!), and would like to share it here too.
Wishing you a soft and cushy week back. And remember: We're only on day two of 365; it's okay to slow down.

My word for this year: Reflection.
I attended a workshop with Alex Elle a few weeks ago and we were asked to write our word of the year a letter. Here's mine:
Dear Reflection,
I welcome you with open arms in 2023. You'll have a warm home in my innermost thoughts, where I'll care for and nourish you as a thank you to both of us.
I know I usually don't make time for you; that I've avoided you in the past out of fear, discomfort, of perfectionism. But the truth is, life is richer with you in it. You make me a better, more whole version of myself. You give me strength and wisdom, you bring me healing.
I'm looking forward to all we will discover together this year. Thank you for moving me forward in grace and love.
Peace, love and workflows,
Andrea
