I needed some space
An easy way to get more Google storage
All of my blog posts, newsletters, and 1-1 emails are written by me — em dashes and all! If you wanna know how I use AI in my business, click here.
Have you been craving a little more space lately? I've been laying low since the beginning of April, haphazardly posting things on Instagram and watching every CSI franchise on Paramount+.
Oh, I also started a new job! For those who don't know, I am now a happy lil Operations & Marketing Manager and will continue running Type C Creative on the side.
With this transition has come a fabulous opportunity to feed into that loud ADHD devil on my shoulder, meaning I rebranded my business. I also redesigned my website (again). For those who have been here a while: I know, leave me alone! It was either that or buy a $300 sewing machine after taking one Sewing Basics class (in which I convinced myself I could and would start making all my own clothes).
Anyhoo, it's been an entire year since I took on my very first Type C client.
Clap! Do it now.
I wish I could show you the horrific first logo I made for myself in Canva so I would look “legit” when sending over emails. (I technically could show you but would rather die than do so.)
I didn't really know what Type C was going to turn into in May 2021 but I sure was ready to f*ck around and find out. And I'm so glad I did.
My look may change but the mission remains: I want to help people take the pressure out of productivity.
AN EASY WAY TO GET MORE GOOGLE STORAGE
Apparently I'm not the only one who's needed some space. After two email-focused workshops this year, I've heard a lot of y'all are lacking storage space in Gmail. Fear not!
Google One helps you delete old files, photos, and emails in bulk based on size, dates, and more. You can start by deleting all those huge files you haven't opened in years and then work your way back. It takes minutes to clear up tons of space (and don't worry—you can pick and choose which files get the boot if you're an anxious little control freak like moi).
FYI: You do not have to pay for Google One to clean up space and this service currently only works for personal accounts, not Workspace accounts.
Godspeed.
