A gentle guide to year-end reflection
All of my blog posts, newsletters, and 1-1 emails are written by me — em dashes and all! If you wanna know how I use AI in my business, click here.
Hey friends! This will likely be my final Substack post of 2024. I’m going to spend the next few weeks wrapping up projects + setting the groundwork for 2025. In the meantime, I’ll be posting a few extra goodies on Instagram if you’d like to follow along there. Wishing you + yours a beautiful rest of the year, and I’ll talk to ya soon!
It's that time of year when productivity "experts" start flooding your inbox with their perfect frameworks for planning 2025. They'll tell you exactly how to set goals, create vision boards, and manifest your dreams – as if there's one magical formula that works for everyone.
I'm here to remind you that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to reflection and planning.
Instead of pushing yourself through some rigid end-of-year review process that makes you want to crawl under your heated blanket and never come out, I invite you to join me in some rebellious reflection. No pressure, no "right way," just some gentle prompts to help you process 2024 in whatever way feels good to you.
🤘 Your Rebellious Reflection Guide
Remember: You don't have to do this all at once. Maybe you reflect while soaking in the bath, or during a walk. Maybe you voice-memo your thoughts while making coffee. Maybe you just think about one prompt a day.
There's no deadline for reflection, no perfect time to plan.
Take what serves you, leave what doesn't. These prompts are invitations, not obligations. Answer them in any order, skip the ones that don't resonate, and add your own if inspiration strikes.

Peace, love, and workflows,
Andrea
