5 productivity tools to try in 2025
Built for brains like ours 🧠
All of my blog posts, newsletters, and 1-1 emails are written by me — em dashes and all! If you wanna know how I use AI in my business, click here.
Happy new year, y'all!
I've put together a list of tools that might be worth checking out in 2025 — not because you need them, but because they just might make your life a little easier.
These have helped me, and several of my clients, so they’ve got that neuro-friendly badge.
SparkReceipt
I’ve been using SparkReceipt for an entire year and it has made tracking expenses so much easier. Before SparkReceipt, I used to try updating receipts and categorizations on a quarterly basis (which never happened) only to wait until the last minute to compile a year’s worth of expenses in one sitting.
SparkReceipt uses AI to capture receipt information automatically. So when I get an email receipt, I just forward it to my SparkReceipt email and it automatically categorizes it for me. I could seriously cry just thinking about it.

Granola
Granola is fabulous — it can transcribe, summarize, and enhance my meeting notes across any software (Zoom, Meet, Teams, Slack Huddle, FaceTime, etc.)
Instead of focusing on writing down every word, I just quickly take note of what’s most important — and Granola takes care of the rest.
My favorite feature is probably the “Ask about the meeting…” search bar. Instead of searching the transcript for a question, I just ask Granola and it searches for/finds what I’m looking for!
TickTick
I have had no less than 10 people say they’ve tried and love TickTick after I recommended it last year. It is one of those rare ‘this works for almost everyone’ type of platforms. The feature that won me over is that I can easily re-create my Chill Prioritization Matrix, saving me a whole lotta time drawing every day!

Welcome to my (task management) crib!
Arc
I started using Arc as my primary browser about a year and a half ago and I’ve never looked back. It is That Bitch.
Here’s why I love it:
It keeps my client work and personal projects organized/compartmentalized
It’s highly visual/customizable
It has AI features that are actually helpful (like renaming downloads and tidying up tabs)
You can fully import all of your data from Chrome to Arc in less than 5 seconds when you download it.

Spark Mail
Spark Mail is the best free Gmail alternative for email (also, a cheaper version of Superhuman). If you have to manage a lot of different inboxes (either for work or personal projects), or have a combination of Gmail and Outlook inboxes (or Yahoo, iCloud, Exchange…), this is a great way to check all of those in one place.
My favorite feature is the templates. Gmail makes having a lot of templates really difficult. As someone who manages a lot of inboxes for various clients, being able to search, label, and add smart placeholders to email templates has been a GAME CHANGER.
LMK if you try any of these tools!
P.S. If you need some help integrating or customizing a new tool, book a Systems Power Hour with me. Learn more/schedule here.
Peace, love and workflows,
Andrea
