2 habits that are saving my sanity right now
(and how I'm staying consistent)

Last month, I participated in Ashley B Jones’ Magnetic Habits Bingo challenge.
I’m on day 57 of my daily bingo ritual and it’s been (mostly) fun and slightly challenging at the same time.
My goal is to highlight every box by the end of each day. Sometimes that happens, other times I miss a few boxes. At bare minimum, I try to hit one “bingo” by the end of the day, even if I’m not feeling my best.
It’s been a really helpful tool for me while I’ve been away from home the last few weeks; it’s encouraged some kind of consistency in a new environment/routine.

My daily habits change a little bit week-to-week but some of them have been on my bingo card for the last 57 days straight.
This week, my habits are:
Review spending and bank account (s/o to Moodwallet for making this less stressful)
Add to spend parking lot (more on that below)
Morning protein or snack
3 things you’re grateful for
Nourish your body with vitamins (IYKYK)
Read or write for 5 mins
Make 1 thing clean or more organized (more on that below)
3 things you’re mad about (working on naming the things that bother me instead of letting them fester)
Start the day with a fun song (it’s wild how simple but effective this one is)
The two habits in particular that are saving my sanity recently are:
Make 1 thing clean or more organized
Add to spend parking lot
