I’ve been talking a lot about going to Balticon in past newsletters. It’s one of our favorite conventions—Kevin loves to spend time in the gaming room, and I enjoy being on programming.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to attend this year. My husband broke his leg, and is completely non-weight-bearing at this time. The drive, the mobility, and us still not being quite used to all the accessibility issues, all mean we don’t have the ability or energy to make it there.

We do still plan on being there in 2027.

I apologize to anyone who was hoping to meet up there—next year! I had such a great slate of panels, too. I am very sad to be missing the convention.
