Can you recommend an account of the grassroots rise of both offsprings of Christianity that emerged in the 70's - the paranoid, apocalyptic vision you describe above and the Godspell/JC Superstar/Keith Green earthy brand I vaguely remember from elementary school? Did the former group splinter from the second or were they always on separate tracks?
