A witness says the red sedan sent the man flying before he landed near the bike lane; he went to the VHC trauma center. It was the second person struck along Wilson Blvd in Bluemont in under a week. • Traffic cameras caught two fights spilling out of Arlington bars over the weekend. The first, outside Ricky's Pub and Grill on N.
