The Record Weekly. Norwood Notes: Celebrating Talent, Tackling Tough Issues

The Record Weekly

May 17, 2026

Hello, neighbors! 🌞 As we head into the weekend, the weather has been crazy lately, but at least we're in the 'crazy good' part of it (knock on wood).

In this issue of The Record, we dive into the first night of Town Meeting (more to come!) and the vote on the Town's eminent domain prep for the Hospital.

In related news, there is a new online petition advocating for the state takeover of Norwood Hospital, School Committee updates on the elementary school redistricting plan and a tribute to our veterans at Old Parish Cemetery on Memorial Day.

Read up and then get outside!
