minformation
Is the subjective interpretation of data by a subject.
Everything that a subject can perceive/observe is minformation.
minformation only exists within the subject's body and mind, therefore it can't be communicated in a lossless form, only a projection of it.
It is not possible to capture the same data by two different subjects as they can't be in the same place at the same time, nor they have the same sensory receptors.
It is not possible to interpret the captured data in the same way, as the computation that the data goes through to become useful minformation is in itself influenced by the subject's previous experiences and associations.
In common language we use the word "information" all the time, and while we can recognize that information can't be interpreted in the same way, we act as if everyone has had the exact same interpretation. This intellectual hypocrisy is the root cause of most communication conflicts.
I use "minformation" to make very explicit its phenomenological nature. All information is minformation. The suffix "m" in minformation is to represent "my" or "mind".
minformation can be categorized based on its level of abstraction (the minformation spectrum).
