fear
fear is the emotional response when there is non-acceptance of a potential future reality.
fear is usually due to the amount of uncertainty around a topic that is meaningful.
fear is ultimately aiming to create a mind-body system response to protect the meaningful certainty needs.
fear produces suffering.
When there is fear, a process of meaning making starts creating narratives in the form of worrys in order to find alternative realitys or to have a better understanding.
