Happy September, and welcome back to TBB’s newsletter! As summer winds down, I hope you’ve all been well and staying cool!
A quick August recap:
Our biggest show of the year is in September, so August was consumed by preparations. I’m always in a tizzy working to get things done around this time of year. A new, fancy method of tracking my to-do list helped a lot though!

So super handy!
Some of August’s labors. August also brought a lot of unexpected changes to routines and plans, which has left us pretty exhausted, and feeling kind of beaten-down. The Malaise, AKA. depression, has had me bundled up in an unwanted snuggle. Fortunately, rather than manifesting as Horrible Brain Times of the miserable variety, it’s just made getting things done a slog.
To combat this, I’ve been playing a possibly-excessive amount of Dead Cells and Sniper Elite; I find that beating a level in between tasks is a good way to motivate myself to get things done. Hopefully as the show approaches and passes, I’ll get a chance to re-center myself and focus more on my personal care again.

So, September, let’s goooo~
Regarding the Model of the Month, I once again had PLANS for the MotM. So did August, and they didn’t include any of my ideas, so we’re bringing the Sleeping Foxes back for another round in the spotlight.

Finally, we’ll be vending at the Santa Fe Renaissance Faire at El Rancho de Las Golondrinas on September 12th and 13th!

I’ll have brand-new dragons, cats, and mushlings at the table for you to peruse! We hope to see you there!
(Oh, I almost forgot! Happy birthday to our friends, Sanoan and Thamaris! You can read Sanoan’s webcomic, Neon Soul, on WebToons!)
Well, that does it for this issue. Thanks for reading, and we’ll catch you next time!
