Generative AI Is Doomed
Did I just say that out loud?
Yes, I did. And I wanted you all to see my latest article before I share it anywhere else.
I just read a phrase that resonates with me: “I’m 100% confident, but I could be wrong.” I like that apparent contradiction.
My mentor, Dr. Timothy Barnett, taught me to follow the truth where it leads, open-handedly, as if my views were the views of anyone else. So that’s what I strive to do. I could be wrong. Predictions are hard.
But I really don’t think I am. And we’ll all keep learning and find out together.
Also, many of you prayed for the writing conference in Chicago last week. Thank you! It was a blessed and clarifying time.
I received very positive feedback from industry professionals about my book. They’d love to publish it. But traditional publishers are locked into an 18-month cycle, which means mid-2028 before [Un]Intelligence could be released that way.
They all said this should be published ASAP, and recommended self/indie publishing. So that’s my plan. And I hope to do it this year, maybe even by November 1st, by the grace of God.
I’d love your continued prayers for God’s wisdom and blessing over this adventure.
