Edgar Cayce on the Tragedy of Rotisserie Chicken
Hi Friends,
While looking through the Cayce Readings about Saccharine, I noticed several references to ‘meat juice’. I'd previously read of Cayce's instructions to consume small amounts of beef juice, but hadn't really appreciated how consistently Cayce expressed the same general principle: for people working on improving their health, the juices of meats are much more valuable than the solid portions.
I’ve just posted a new blog post about the ‘tragedy’ of rotisserie chicken, and my latest strategy to better cook a whole chicken to avoid throwing away the most important part of the bird:

I recently posted a new video about using a plastic bag to conserve brandy in Cayce’s Charred Oak Keg:
If you have one of my original kegs (with black steel hoops) and you let it dry out, send me an email. I don’t make much on these, but for previous customers I can give you a small discount if you’d like to upgrade to a keg with galvanized steel bands.
