Edgar Cayce's Recommendations for Electric Ultraviolet Light
Hi Friends,
My latest blog post is about Edgar Cayce’s use of electric lights for therapy.
In previous emails I’ve mentioned the recommendations for sunlight and infrared light, but I didn’t fully appreciate the importance Cayce gave to getting adequate ultraviolet light. Mostly I thought Ultraviolet light was for our skin to produce Vitamin D.
Additionally, I previously couldn’t figure out why Cayce sometimes recommended green glass be used between the source of “infra red rays” or “ultra violet rays”. If you put a thick piece of green glass in front of a red/infrared LED, the glass will block all of the red and infrared rays, and you’ll get no light on the other side of the glass.
I recently searched through the readings to figure out how to implement Cayce’s recommendations for electric light therapy with what’s available in modern stores. While doing so, I realized how ‘green glass’ would work with the types of electric lights that were available before 1945:
Electrotherapy: Sources of Ultraviolet and Infrared Light
This post is especially important at this time of year, because people who live north of the 37th Parallel North aren’t exposed to any UV light in the winter. This line of latitude is the northern border of Arizona, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

In other news, I have a few oak barrels back in stock. I’ve also gotten quotes for the next batch of grounding coins, and … I think I’m going to have to increase the price. If you need to resupply your grounding coins, in preparation for the next ‘cold and flu season’, I suggest sooner rather than later. I may do a crowdfunding to get the next batch of coins into production.
But the grounding coins, pendants and barrels are available now.
