Happy Sunday! I’ve been touching a lot of grass lately, which is nice, although it’s led to a little less writing. A fair trade-off, though. But even with that in mind, I actually have quite a few things to share with you as far as media notes. And uh, one other big thing. Let’s proceed.

I can’t believe I didn’t post about this in the past few newsletters, lmfao. It completely slipped my mind, but we started a podcast called GG Habibi! I was a bit apprehensive to do this at first: there are enough podcasts out there, huh? Status Update

I'm back in the gym for real as of late. You ever pick up something heavy and put it back down approximately 10 to 12 times? You should give it a try if you’re able. I don’t think it’s definitively fixed me, but it certainly gets me close.
