Two Terrific Books and a Sale
Bookshop links included for my reading recs. Also, I have a lot of reading planned for the end of the year, but will probably stay our of your inbox until January. Hope you all get the food, reading, and family time you wish for.
Promposal by Raechell Garrett - was about a teen who only applied to her dream school, and got waitlisted. Whomp whomp. So, she starts a promposal business to prove her merit as a future (and present) business leader and has to team up with the dude she had an awkward moment in freshman year and basically hasn't talked to since. Many awkward feels, super supportive parents.
Raiders of the Lost Heart by Jo Segura is all the fun archaeology vibes the title promises. It also features to folks who have a complicated history with each other and have to figure that out to meet their common goal. There's also references to parental death, parental cancer, and non-consensual sexy photo sharing (though not on the part of either of the lead characters).
In other news, a number of my books are on sale in the Smashwords end of the year sale, if your erader needs stocking up: https://www.smashwords.com/profile/view/TaraKennedy
If Smashwords is not your etailer of choice, my books remain available on other sites, in paper, and of course, can be requested from your library: books2read.com/rl/AllTaraBooks. Happy reading!
