The Time When DC’s The Demon Ran For US President And It Was Just Like Donald Trump

During my ongoing quest to read every Superman comic between 1986 and 1999, I occasionally come across some pretty weird stuff. The 1992 storyline where a rhyming demon runs for president of the United States and actually gets pretty close to winning is easily in, like… the top 20. Easily. It's an already bizarre story that's made bizarre-er today due to the uncanny similarities to another evil idiot's presidential campaign:
