Episode 10: The Beast Beneath These Streets

Did you know there's a secret abandoned Metropolis under the regular Metropolis? And that it's all the fault of a genius who willingly merged himself with a rat? I was gonna say it's okay if you don't know about these embarrassing parts of Metropolis' history because it's not like the city goes around advertising them, but turns out it does! This episode begins with the Mayor announcing his newest urban renewal plan, which consists of unburying the buried part of Metropolis in order to renovate it.
