Superman Annual #6 (1994)
WHAT IF... Superman's rocket fell in the middle of a jungle in the 19th century? In other words, what if Superman was Tarzan? Or somewhere between Tarzan and Mowgli from The Jungle Book, since this story shamelessly cribs some characters and situations from that book: there's a tiger called Khan who hates the huma— well, Kryptonian baby growing up in the jungle, a black panther who protects it, and a pair of loving wolves who raise it as one of their own. They did at least rename the wolf mom "M'R'R" ("Martha" in wolf-speak?) and, apparently, gave her psychic powers, since she's somehow able to guess the baby's alien name and calls him "K'L'L" (the narrator says that name means "white skin," even though Superman's brown in this comic).
