Walt Simonson's kick-ass cover to The Superman Gallery (1993), aka The Let's Throw Something Together So There's a Superman Comic This Month While We Prepare “Reign of the Supermen” Special (1993)! This is the only piece of original art in the issue: the rest is a selection of covers from over the years, a bunch of pinups reprinted from Superman #400, the odd promo poster, and a still from the ‘40s Superman cartoon. At least it's on nice paper.
