American! Though he looks more like the movie version than the comic strip one, come to think of it. Since we never find out what Jolt and Blockhouse were doing before Cerberus recruited them and gave them powers, it’s my personal theory that he was an elementary school boy and she was his math teacher.

(We’re talking about Blockhouse from Man of Steel #7, for all those who are completely lost right now.)
