New Release: AMoM on Metalabel
Big thanks to those who have supported our initial sale of AMoM, a t-shirt and send-up of MoMA’s iconic logo designed by Nolen Strals x Soft Labor to benefit artists and art workers impacted by the LA fires.
Today, we’re happy to announce AMoM’s limited-edition release on Metalabel, writer and Kickstarter co-founder Yancey Strickler’s new platform for creative work. Metalabel intends to create new economic and operating models that help creative people cooperate rather than compete. Nolen and I — who first collaborated as MICA students in the late 90s, incidentally — think it’s the perfect place for AMoM.
The AMoM shirt has dropped in a limited-edition release of 50 shirts. Order yours here.
Remember: 100% of the proceeds generated by the AMoM release directly benefits artists and art workers impacted by the LA fires. Big, kind thanks to Yancey and the Metalabel team for waiving the platform’s 10% commission fee in support of this benefit. A very generous move.
