Uganda 🇺🇬 Dry Process
Hello Sideyard Friends,
This week’s roast is a dry process coffee from Uganda. Of the three or four Ugandan coffees we’ve had over the past couple months, I think this one is my favorite so far. We’ll see how it develops over the next week, but after just a day of rest, I’m tasting a fruit-toned coffee with notes of chocolate, tamarind, apricot, and a hint of spice.
We have a couple spares in stock.
Here’s one of my favorite tracks from a compilation of 1960’s Ugandan dance music: Nona Ente Yo (1966) - Moses Katazza & Frida Sonko w. Equator Sound.
Cheers,
Ryan
