Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s coffee is from the La Bastilla estate and mill in the northeast of Nicaragua. This one was roasted yesterday. So far I’m tasting sugar cane, stone fruits, and some roast tone. I look forward to seeing how it settles in over the coming days. Sorry, no extras this week.

The music recommendation for the week is a psych rock track by Mulata by Los Panzers.
