Hello Sideyard Friends,

This week’s roast is an Ethiopia from the Guji zone. It’s a juicy washed coffee, with berry tones, bittering spices, fragrant herbs, and a floral aroma. We roasted extra this week (and last week) for Saturday’s Tomato Lady mini market with Old Gaffer’s Garden, Lyman Ave Bread, and us.
