Here’s some more details on our current pandemic safety protocols.

I work from home and Allan has been on the job search looking for remote positions; he currently works as a postman for PostNL, where he’s mostly outdoors, and wears a mask whenever he needs to enter a building.

Allan and I mask anywhere indoors. We switch between a FloMask with the pro 99% filters and WellBefore KN95s. We don't usually mask outside unless it's crowded.

We don't have many indoor activities beyond grocery shopping and occasionally ordering a coffee before waiting outside. We don't do indoor dining in public spaces. We’ve done unmasked indoor activities with our pods who had similar practices—including limiting riskier activities in the weeks before, taking either a PlusLife PCR test or a series of rapids leading up to the event and after, and having air purifiers running.

We limit outdoor dining to spacious and well-ventilated areas.

We use saline nasal rinse and CPC rinse protocol as part of our travel precautions, along with using a couple of PureZone mini personal air purifiers.
