Hello! My name is Hamish Duncan, and I run a website called the RHCP Recording Sessions Archive. It's a database, a repository, an encyclopaedia of sorts, about the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

I’m also the author of OUT IN LA: The Red Hot Chili Peppers, 1983, a book about the band in their first year together, released in 2023 with Chicago Review Press.

This newsletter is a place for musing about the Red Hot Chili Peppers. It is for thoughts about their discography, and their live performances, that can't really be collected elsewhere.

Originally monthly, it is now sent out… less frequently, while I work on another full-length book project.
