Hey Russ, the RP6 12GB model discontinuation was really upsetting. I was going to save up and order a silver one just this month, but woke up to this sudden discontinuation without prior warning or a grace period. I really wanted the 12GB model as a one-and-done device for me personally. Would you still recommend the 8GB model as a end-game device for someone with a lower budget but want to be able to play up to most NS games?
On a side note, this also worries me that with the current trend of things, what's your take on the future of the retro handheld market? Will we be seeing less releases from now on and is now a good time to grab a powerful enough device that would last for years to come?
