Salesforce put its whole CRM inside Claude.
Claudeforce ships a Salesforce plugin with 37 prebuilt sales skills (meeting prep, deal-health review, pipeline analysis) reading live CRM data from inside Claude. The AIforce harness wires MCP servers to Salesforce's business-rules engine, so permissions carry over and one admin connects the whole team at once. The setup inverts the usual arrangement: the CRM becomes the AI's context instead of AI bolted onto the CRM. Why it matters.
