PPC Fall 2026 Season Starts Tonight!

Friends!

WELL, WELL, WELL. Would you look at that. The leaves are doing their thing, the air is getting cooler, and the Philadelphia Pinball Club has once again emerged to brighten your Monday evenings.

THAT'S RIGHT, BABY. PPC FALL SEASON STARTS TONIGHT!

Monday. Barcade Fishtown. 7:30pm. You know the drill. And if you don't, EXCELLENT, because we have prepared a highly sophisticated onboarding process consisting primarily of pointing you toward a table with a bird on it.

THE DEAL, PAL

Here's what you're gonna do:

  • Show up at Barcade Fishtown at 7:30pm

  • Locate the table with the red bird (and/or the gray plush cat [PUSHEEN], if she's on duty)

  • Put your name on the sign-up sheet

  • Say what's up to the homies

  • Acquire a beverage and, if the spirit moves you, a dollar hot dog

  • Prepare to RIP

Games start at 8pm, so do us a solid and get there before then. We'll get everyone sorted into groups, explain the whole operation, and send you forth into the wonderful world of competitive pinball.

NEW AROUND HERE?

WELCOME. You've made an excellent decision.

Maybe you're a seasoned pinball wizard. Maybe your entire experience with pinball consists of watching someone else play it in a bar once. Maybe you're just looking for a way to make Monday night slightly less Monday-ish.

GOOD NEWS, FRIEND. We have room for all of you.

You do not need to know anything about pinball. You do not need to be good at pinball. You do not need to have a championship mindset, a lucky shirt, or even a particularly strong grasp of the laws of physics.

You just need to show up and be cool. We can work with that.

Your first night is free, so there's really no excuse. Come say hi, let us know you're new, and we'll make sure you know what's going on. You'll play with a group of 3–4 people for four rounds of games, meet a bunch of excellent characters, and probably learn at least one pinball term you can use in conversation later to impress your non-pinball friends.

For the returning buds: WE MISSED YOU! LET'S GET BACK TO IT!

THE IMPORTANT BUSINESS OF BEING COOL

A quick reminder that the PPC is a vibes-based organization. We are here to play pinball, make friends, and have a good time with one another.

Be kind. Look out for each other. Help the new folks feel welcome. Don't be weird in a bad way.

We have a Code of Conduct, because making this a place where everyone can have a good time is kind of the whole point. Please give it a read if you haven't already.

FALL SEASON DATES

Here's the roadmap to glory, or at least to nine consecutive Monday nights spent developing very strong opinions about particular pinball machines.

Week 2: October 26th - PPC Costume night!
Week 3: November 2nd
Week 4: November 9th
Week 5: November 16th
Week 6: November 23rd
Week 7: November 30th
Week 8: December 7th

FINALS: December 14th

A LITTLE NEWSLETTER NEWS

A quick heads-up for all you beautiful subscribers: we'll be phasing out the emailed newsletter at the end of this calendar year.

BUT DON'T PANIC. The newsletter isn't going away; it's just getting a new home.

We'll still be putting together our traditional beginning-of-season and Finals announcements — we'll just be posting them on Instagram and the PPC website instead of sending them straight to your inbox.

So if you'd like to keep up with all things PPC, make sure you're following us on Instagram and know where to find the website (Here! https://www.phillypinball.club/) Consider this your gentle nudge to get your digital ducks in a row.

The emails may be winding down, but the flips will continue. 🫡

OKAY, SO

The machines are waiting. The homies are gathering. The hot dogs are hot.

Let's make some questionable shots, celebrate some improbable saves, and turn our Monday nights into the sort of thing we actually look forward to.

PPC IS BACK, BABY.

See you tonight!

🖤🖤

Erica & Felix
