Beacon Art Show Ekphrastic Poetry Reading

This Sunday, March 16 at 2:00 PM

Location: In person at San Luis Obispo United Methodist Church, 1515 Fredericks St.

Every year, a poets gather to write poems inspired by pieces of art from the show (also viewable online at BeaconArtShow.com). This Sunday (March 16) we will all meet at SLO United Methodist Church for an open reading of any and all poems written based on the Beacon Art Show 2025 artwork. The church is located off Grand at 1515 Fredericks St. in San Luis Obispo.

• I’m looking for someone to own an ongoing Google Doc of upcoming events, readings and book releases for our community. You would receive any information from our group, copy it into the document, and be in charge of removing out of date information.
