You have been invited to join Poetry Night on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Los Osos Library. Featured poets will be Dian Sousa and Misty Wycoff.

An open reading will follow a short intermission. The evening’s theme will be "Echo.” As usual, no one should feel bound by it, yet interpretations may be intriguing.

If you have known or appreciated the work of our former SLO County Poet Laureate Marguerite Costigan, you have the opportunity to let her know. Her Parkinsons has reached stage 4 and she needed a higher level of care and has moved to care facility. This is, of course a hard transition and it would cheer her to receive notes, poems, photos or artwork, or if you know her, visits if you are able.
