Apart from coastal West African cultural behaviors that are tacit and pernicious which impede coordination and progress already described in the past, and are broadly applicable to lots of black societies — and most of them not even peculiar to black people, but common to peculiar, dysfunctional, low-prospering communities — black people also actively indulge in active and blatant anti-progress anti-coordination behaviors and seem to enjoy it all very much.

We already know for example that 99.9% of black people who hear about our project and are in a position to offer any assistance will look for a tiny part of our operations which they will claim are not in accordance with their beliefs, morality or standards and decide that on the basis of that, they would rather stand aside and watch us fail. Of course it will not truly be because they have any tangible technical or ethical reasons for wanting us to fail.

Black people are a very depressed people who have been failing at everything for centuries and have thus become used to that, so that they inevitably believe that everything black people attempt to do will fail, and thus almost always act in accordance with that belief.

While it is not always true that black people act in blatant anti-coordination anti-progress ways specifically because they expect failure and seek to reinforce psychological safety by predicting failure, and therefore to gain psychological satisfaction for having correctly predicted that failure, it is nonetheless true that black people almost always shoot down any good ideas about how to do anything that may benefit exclusively black society.

Some of it is a result of envy or jealousy about who gets credit for the good idea or action. This sort of thing is acceptable cultural attitude generally among black people. Although, like the cultural behaviors earlier referred to, it probably has a lot less to do with blackness than it does generally with certain culturally-deficient communities.

Another reason black people culturally cheerfully shoot down good ideas is that a very good way to pretend to be smart — whether or not it should be socially acceptable to waste everyone's time by allowing people the ability to pretend to be smart in the first place — isn't to describe a thing with clarity, express a sophisticated opinion about a phenomenon, or directly actually solve any apparent problem. It is bitterly mindlessly shooting down other people's ideas, and not necessarily with cogent counters. There is no cultural mechanism for enforcing good thinking and inversely, preventing bad ideas from gaining popularity. Black people genuinely culturally believe that shooting down ideas they do not even understand is a good way to demonstrate smartness.

One other blatant anti-coordination cultural problem is the fact that "stubborn child" transgressiveness is considered cool among black people. Doing the thing you aren't supposed to do is cool. Successfully cheating on romantic partners (a gross violation of trust) is cool and people talk about it all very fondly. Violating basic rules (explicit or tacit) of and with everything is cool. It is being an ungovernable terrifying force.

There is a general transgressive "showing them" with black people. With authority, institutional structures and fellow individuals.

The propensity to transgressiveness and antagonizing people is illustrated blatantly in the various silly online and increasingly in-person diasporic and gender wars. There is no attempt to correctly understand how things are, why things are the way they are, and what to do about them. Chaotic antagonism is cool and considered entirely normal.

Black people indulge in all of these blatant anti-coordination anti-congeniality anti-progress habits while continually moaning about the problems in their personal lives and society, and expecting that things will miraculously change someday. There is no understanding that only by coordinating with other people can you permanently solve personal and societal problems.
