And yep, I scoop and then freeze so I can just bake off as many individual cookies as needed/desired! They can be baked straight from frozen, at a slightly lower temp. I think the Tara O’Brady recipe is available online and has notes re: how to freeze that might be generally useful.

Having these in my freezer makes the prospect of colder months so much cozier, despite being such a tiny thing? And will check out Zoë Bakes Cookies!
