Over the past 10 days I have thought often of something you said about your own mother's death in our podcast conversation back in, I think, 2016? (Wow, time!)

"It was the image," you said, "of my mother, lying on the floor of her home, dressed in a silk sari, this beautiful silk sari draped around her with a rose garland placed on her body, ready to go to the crematorium. And I thought, oh my god, the only thing she gets to take with her is this sari she's wearing. Nothing else. And the only thing she leaves behind is the love she created while she was here."
