I thought the same! The emotional and psychological aspects of our current reality are often not explicitly talked about, and yet they underpin pretty much everything else we experience (in my opinion). That's one of the reasons I love Carmen Spagnola's work on collapse so much — she really takes a trauma-informed, somatic approach.
