June meeting
Hi !
This is an email from Newcastle First Thursday Science Fiction Drinks, just letting you know that the next meeting will be on 1 June at the Tyneside Bar Café.
It shuts at 21:00, and so we’ll move onto a different venue for the last hour. We’ve decided to go back to the Tyneside for two reasons:

The Tyneside Cinema is currently in danger of closing, and we want to support them so they carry on bringing good movies to the city. (Blade Runner is screening on 30 May!)

We really like that the Tyneside is a less alcohol-focused venue than most other late-night venues, and we want to be welcoming for those who don’t drink.
If you’re planning to arrive after 9pm, reply to this email and we’ll let you know where we end up.
