The Yankee Gathering Committee is busy putting the final touches on the upcoming Gathering honoring Jim Steinmeyer.  We're very excited about the program that we have planned for you.  We hope you are feeling the excitement as well.

This email contains some final details and reminders that may help you to better prepare for the Gathering.   

AUCTION AND FLEA MARKET
As in past years, we are looking forward to a lively auction and flea market.  We have made some changes to the Auction process, so please be sure to pick up the details when you register or to see the full list of Guidelines for the Auction go to Auction Guidelines. 

AUCTION
The deadline for registering items for the Friday auction is Thursday night.

You can register your auction items:

• Anytime using this online Auction Item Submission Form.
• At the Gathering using paper forms available at the registration desk
• Single items should have a minimum value of $25. 
• Multiple single items can be combined into a lot with a minimum value of $50. 

FLEA MARKET

• Tables at the flea market are free and available on a first-come basis for selling your "better, cheaper collectibles."
• Please try to limit your items to a half-table, if possible, to allow as many people to participate as possible.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Program Schedule

• Registration opens at 10:00 am on Thursday, November 3rd.
• Full program details are available at YG 2020 Schedule.
• We have added an Author/Presenter book signing event to the program on Thursday at 4 PM.
• The opening night Wine and Cheese Welcome and Saturday night banquet are intended to be festive and social.   Cocktail attire is suggested.
