PleinAirpril
"To celebrate Earth Day and connect pleinair painters around the world, Warrior Painters launched the #PleinAirpril Challenge in 2017. Now in its 10th year, this global painting challenge continues to bring together thousands of artists to observe, explore, and create throughout the month of April." Annual Events coming up
The Figure, Fruit, and Field Artist Retreat is coming up this month, April 24-26!
The North Carolina Plein Air Art Festival in New Bern is coming up May 11-18. It is juried but you can still join the Quick Paint event and partake in other activities.
I was recently contacted about Brushstrokes in the Blue Ridge happening May 12-16. I haven't added it to the website yet because I'm waiting for them to give me some more info since the website is lacking on some key information. It definitely looks interesting though!
New/changed meetups
Nothing new to report this month! As always, let me know if you find any new recurring live art meetups not yet on the website.
