Hey friends,

I missed y'all last week, but I was on vacation the week of our nation's 250th anniversary... in Canada! (I actually didn't think about the irony of that while planning).

It's nice to disengage every once in awhile. Nature has a great way of getting me out of me own head. We were able to go to Niagara Falls for a much needed break, and just look at this view:

Amazing right? And the picture doesn't even do it real justice! Nature is so big that our problems and challenges start to feel small in comparison.

• This is wild, they ported Quake to run in HTML and CSS geometry!
• While we're talking about odd ways to 3D, you can also do it in ASCII. (Turns out this is actually a fork of PolyCSS, which powers the Quake demo).
