Myles Marino Myles Marino

March was a pretty good month.

I got engaged

Taken by Drew- a stranger who captured the Proposal

Thank you to Max and Rachel. Both were massive helps in the process of capturing this (and many other!) moments. They followed us around for over an hour. Hiding in bushes and monuments, to take a picture and video of the Proposal. A moment we will cherish for a lifetime! You guys are the best.

Third South Capital

Everything else in March feels small compared to the first bit. So I’ll keep it brief:

We have officially turned off version 1 of EntryThingy. Which means, we rewrote a legacy software application from scratch and transitioned everybody to the upgraded version. Not bad!

I wrote three pieces:

  1. Platform risk and how we think about this at Third South

  2. The cost of literalism in building solutions

  3. Why you should meet in groups when traveling
