• ​The great Richard Wilbur died; he was one of my very favorites, so I read one of his poems in memorium here. 
• ​I did that reading at Brick and Mortar with my friend Jeremiah Webster, who brought his guitar, looking every bit the beat poet. It was terrific fun.
• ​The reading at Hugo House went so well I asked my co-reader, the poet Lauren Camp, to stop by the studio to read some poems for the podcast.
• ​I gave an hour-long (!) interview for KBOO Portland, which they recorded, the darlings, so you can listen here, if you like. 

​That's the big stuff anyway. The next chance to catch a reading is this Tuesday (Nov 21) at noon. SPU is hosting a free and open-to-the-public group-reading of the poets who work here, including Scott Cairns, Jennifer Maier, Hannah Notess, Yours Truly, and others. More details here. We've ordered food for 100 people; think that will be enough? Come out if you can. 

​Oh, and I published this essay about Pirates of the Caribbean and this one about Samuel Taylor Coleridge. A busy month, now that I think about it.
