Look Out for Fast-moving Objects!
Mineral is moving fast, and if you don’t keep up with all the great stuff that’s happening you could get hurt! There’s so much to share in this newsletter that we had to work extra-hard to keep it short and to the point. So… no more talk, let’s get to it!

Tabs… They’re More Than Just a Drink From the 70’s
Tab cola was sweet, and so are the Tab components in Mineral. Be sure to check out all the available variations too, including six data types, five position options, severities, and even a closing tab design. They’re delicious!
- Design and usage guidelines are available in Figma
- Docs for the Tabs & Tab components are available in Storybook
More Components, More Docs
We’ve nearly doubled the number of components styled/themed and documented in our Storybook. We’ve also added usage instructions and quick links to the relevant package and source code to each page.
Got Style?
We’re not talking about your trendy fashion sense, this is about the Mineral Styleguide. More topics have been added, so if even if you’ve looked before it’s still a worthwhile read.
Up Next
Work continues at a steady pace:
- We want to hear from you, so look for a Mineral survey soon!
- More components designed and coded
- Mineral is actively reaching out to product teams to help drive adoption. We’ll update you on that progress.
