Shopify launches my prediction! I predicted AI would infiltrate marketing and creativity throughout the year, but some of those predictions have already happened over the past couple of weeks. Things are moving at lightning pace, which is why you need to keep up with developments. Microsoft will be rolling out ChatGPT across their entire suite of products, but early testing on Bing hasn’t been without problems. I thought Google may have been first to market with an AI shopping assistant, but Shopify has beaten them to the punch. If you’re a Shopify client, the trick will now be to work out how your products are found if someone is using the Shop app.
