More traffic doesn’t equate to more sales.

Fix what isn’t working first. Email not displaying correctly?
View it in your browser.
Fix your eCommerce store. It’s broken.
Readjust your focus.
I’ve said it before; ECR can be misleading. Traffic volume, and the channels it is generated from, can influence conversion rate. Instead of trying to fix your ECR, focus instead on fixing elements of your site that are broken and that will definitely lift ECR. Site access, speed issues, and understanding why certain channels convert better, all lead to an improved customer experience which in turn will naturally attract traffic with buying intent.
