Wow Google Product That Doesn't Suck
I think of Google as a bunch of geeks who pay scant regard to things like interfaces and UX. Some of their products are so counterintuitive, like the changes they've made to YouTube is recent times. However they brought out a new adwords product late last year and it is going absolutely gangbusters. If you are a retailer you should be doing this.
