🥏 Week 12 (week of 5/11) — last week with party and final playoff games
Hi all,
👀 Game Recap
The kids played great Saturday. We’re really proud of their effort on the give-gos and the energy we played with for the full time!
🏃 Practice This Week
One practice this week:
🎉 End of Season Party — This Friday, 5/15!
The full team party for all spring players regardless of whether you have been activated or not is this Friday, 5/15 at Alki Playfield! Players will meet Coach Steve at the front entrance of Madison (bus entrance) at 3:53 PM, and we’ll walk down to Alki together. If you are getting a ride down, Coach Rusty will be down at the playfield by 345. We'll play games, sign discs, share some words, and have snacks.
It's not too late to help. Whether that's being an extra adult hand or helping provide food and snacks. Please reach out to Oni's dad Hanns-Peter Nagel at [email protected] if you're able!
🏟️ Game(s) This Weekend — Playoff Round 2
We're back out at Magnuson — slightly different field this time: Field 7E 📍 Map here
If you need carpool help, please post in the WhatsApp community and we'll collectively figure it out!
✍️Mark Availablity
Please update your player's availability for the party and both playoff games in the Player Portal as soon as possible, and leave a note about any constraints. This helps us determine how much supplies to purchase and whether we’ll have enough players to field the team. For the games this weekend we may activate different players for each game so missing one game will not exclude you from participating.
As always, reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
Good times!
