Hello Nelson Families,

A parent at our school has been advocating for more out of school care not just at Nelson, but in the entire Vancouver school district. She has asked us to share an open letter that parents can sign in support of a motion, by one of the school board trustees, to start a feasibility study on how the VSB can add out of school care capacity at schools.

If you’d like to see more spots for out of school care at local schools, I would encourage you to check out the letter and consider signing it.
